Anchorage Bay in Abel Tasman National Park, is one of the park’s busiest beaches in mid-summer. We arrived by water-taxi about midday and walked for over an hour to see the views from Pitt Head, an old Maori pa site. To the north, the stunning coastline of NZ’s smallest national park, spread before us.
