Summer - Totaranui Beach
Totaranui Beach, in the heart of Abel Tasman National Park is a camper’s paradise. 32 km east of Takaka, Golden Bay, the Department of Conservation maintain an excellent camping ground and Information Centre on the grassy foreshore of Totaranui Beach. Over 1000 campers enjoy the pristine beaches, walks in the National Park and superb boating activities. 'Summer - Totaranui Beach' captures all those special ingredients which are quintessential to the perfect summer family holiday. Peter has painted this from the northern end of the beach looking towards 'photographer's rock'.
